Jennifer Winship Mark
Jennifer has been a professional working artist for over 30 years. Her limited editions and posters have been sold world wide through various galleries including Global Fine Arts, Gango Editions and various regional galleries. She has developed innovative techniques in a vast array of artistic mediums and continues to create works ranging in oil, acrylic, collage and watercolor. Her most recent paintings are a series of Northwest Coastal scenes painted transparently over the surface of old Pacific nautical charts.
Over her long career she has designed posters for various national events including Portland’s Rose Festival. Her artwork can be found on an array of international products from private reserve wine labels, greeting cards, and clothing to limited edition fine art prints. She was the illustrator for the ever-popular, Portland’s Palate Cookbook. She has had extensive experience demonstrating and selling her paintings as a featured guest artist on Princess Cruise ships.
Jennifer has the rare ability to consistently create unique paintings while inspiring others to find their own artistic passions.
Over the years Jennifer has taught over 5,000 Portland Public school students the tricks of watercolor painting as well as inspired many adults to find their creativity. She is currently a partner in Open Eye Art, an innovative service that brings art and hands-on creativity into the workplace.
